Common questions
Does the customer need to install anything?
No. The link opens straight in a browser. That is deliberate: any required download loses you a share of bookings at the install step.
Can I ask for a deposit on long services?
You can ask, but the transfer happens directly between you and the client. You publish your payment details and she uploads the receipt — Mawedly never handles the money.
I have several stylists. How does that work?
Each one is added as a provider with her own hours, and the client picks who she wants. The free Starter plan covers one provider; Center covers up to five.
