What do no-shows cost you?
Put in your own figures. We use no industry averages and no borrowed statistics — the only number worth anything here is yours.
Monthly no-show cost = appointments per month × no-show rate × average appointment price. This calculator applies that to your figures and adds the hours lost.
Your numbers
Don't know your rate? Count last month's appointments and divide the no-shows by the total. Guessing here invalidates everything below it.

How this is calculated
Missed = monthly appointments × rate. Monthly loss = missed × average price. Yearly = monthly × 12. Hours = missed × length ÷ 60. No hidden coefficients, no extra assumptions.
What this calculator does not tell you
Mawedly does not eliminate no-shows, and we do not know how far it would cut yours — anyone quoting you a figure for that is guessing. What it does is prevent clashes, show only genuinely open times, and let you ask for a holding amount before confirming. The commitment comes from the condition you set, not from the tool.
The next step
If the number came out higher than you expected, start with the smallest change: a booking link that shows real availability and lets you ask for a hold.
