A booking page for consultants and freelancers

An independent consultant sells time and reputation together. A calendar run over chat reads as less professional than the work deserves — and the free discovery call is the single most forgotten appointment in the business.

Mawedly is a booking page for consultants and freelancers: one link showing your sessions, their prices and your open times, with an instant notification for every booking — in Arabic and English.

Where the time goes today

  • The free call nobody attends

What costs nothing gets treated as costing nothing. The discovery call carries the highest no-show rate in consulting work.

  • A first impression made over chat

A corporate client asks for a meeting and receives "send me your availability". Professionalism is judged at the first interaction.

  • Re-explaining your pricing

You restate the length and price of every session in every conversation, instead of the client reading it and deciding.

What changes with Mawedly

  • Service, price and duration on the page

The client sees what they get, how long it takes and what it costs before booking — the negotiation over basics disappears.

  • Payment terms before you confirm

Ask for a holding amount and review the receipt before confirming. Payment happens directly between you and the client; Mawedly is a scheduling tool only.

  • A page you can share as-is

One link in your LinkedIn profile or email signature replaces the back-and-forth entirely — in whichever language your client reads.

Common questions

Can I hide prices on the booking page?

Prices show with the service, because transparency filters out unserious bookings. For scope-priced work, define a short fixed-price discovery session instead.

Does it sync with Google Calendar?

Mawedly provides an add-to-calendar button and .ics attachments in emails from the Professional plan. There is no two-way sync with your calendar.

I work with international clients — does it fit?

The page is bilingual, but WhatsApp numbers are supported for the six Gulf countries only. A client outside them books and receives email normally.
