Nature of the platform
Mawedly is a technical scheduling tool only. Our role is limited to enabling you to create a booking link and manage your appointments — nothing more.
Relationship between users
The relationship between a provider and a customer is direct, and Mawedly is not a party to it. Any dispute is resolved directly between the two parties.
Payment
Mawedly does not handle users' money. Payment happens directly between the provider and the customer. We are not responsible for incorrect transfers, lost amounts, or any fraud.
Professional licenses
The provider alone is responsible for the validity of their professional license. Data is self-entered, and no badge guarantees verification — verifying the license is the customer's responsibility before booking.
Service quality
We do not guarantee the quality of services provided through the platform. Any complaint should be directed to the provider directly.
Damages
We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of or inability to use the platform, either party's absence, service quality, or data loss despite our appropriate safeguards.

Your use of the platform is at your own risk. You should verify the provider before booking and verify any transfer before confirming an appointment.
